- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do hourly services, price per job and negotiation prices to stay on budget. Working alongside law enforcement as an arm guard for 15 years I offer discounts to all fire, law, military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing excellent Customer service. Going an extra step to make sure the consumer is satisfied overall. Working within their budget and still delivering quality work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in a lil bit of everything worked alongside the best in the state use the same technique’s and equipment as the pro’s for less of a price.
