- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There should be complete clarity in what you pay. That is why I offer upfront pricing on all the services I provide. My Thumbtack profile offers a convenient way of discovering the cost of services and if a particular project you have in mind is not listed I will gladly give you a quote. There are no hidden fees in the prices I offer. The price quoted is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can contact me through the Thumbtack app or on my mobile phone with a particular assembly or installation need that they have. I reply to a Thumbtack request with a message that usually includes pricing, payment options, and other details as well as a way to make a booking for my services. Sometimes additional information is needed to provide those details and I will ask you questions about your project so I can better provide pricing and job completion details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The assembly and installation expertise that I provide comes from over seven years working in providing home services in my personal business and in working for a 3rd Party Moving Service as a technician. I have done everything from TV mounting to appliance installation to fitness equipment assembly and fan and lighting installation.
