- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for, the more extensive (intricate, detailed) the groom the higher the cost as well as travel distance, mobile grooming is slightly higher than a walk in salon due to vehicle and unit maintenance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to start with a formal introduction with the pet before I begin the grooming. I want to be your pets friend. I also let the client see the inside of the Grooming unit so they know their pet is safe and in good hands
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brusher bather, salon safety, sanitation certification, 2 yrs on the job training with 2 local grooming salon owners with over 20 years experience
