- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating we offer flat rate pricing on all our jobs. This allows us to guarantee and warranty our work. This means if we take one hour or three days on the job, the price quoted and agreed is the price you pay. Also, this eliminates any surprise charges that happen at the end of a job when other contractors charge time and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we confirm if you live in our service area, confirm authorization from the home owner or business representative to conduct the work on the property, and get you booked on our CRM system. Our CRM system will send reminders and dispatch notification of when the job will happen and when our representative is on their way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating we work with residential homeowners and commercial clients. If the job is small or big, we are happy to help. This includes changing toilet flappers to repairing or installing water heaters, main sewer lines, or main water lines.
