Attended a week of Silence Observation Retreat.I must say this changed my way of thinking process and my state of mind.Prior it was very tough for me as there were billions of not of necessary thoughts on my mind and got very difficult to focus on my business.But attending for just a week under the guidance of Dr.Alka Madan,all my useless thoughts were vanished and I could focus on something that is important to me.Especially in an era of Social media where knowingly or unknowingly our subconscious mind takes a lot of unnecessary stuffs and its very hard to be focused-Silence Observation Retreat by Dr.Alka Madan would get this solved!I am now reinventing myself.Highly recommended!!Thanks so much for some beautiful tips and helping me.

I have attended silence observation retreat for 7 days program here. The program was well laid out and very useful for a like me who think a lot every second.
