- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers are treated honestly and fairly, and our low price actually stay low, no unexpected hidden fees. Never Knowingly undersold
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to inquiries quickly, make an appointment to meet the client at the client's convenience , see the property that needs to be rented and if we agree to work together, sign the listing agreement and start advertising the property to rent. My moto is make it simple for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker since 1996, We manage properties for our clients and I also help people buy, sell homes, and do mortgages as well. I am a Manufactured Home Dealer as well.
