- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $85 for 45 minutes, and $100 for 60 minutes. My rate includes me traveling to you. Payment: the fee needs to be paid by the first week of class. It will be $340 for 45 minutes or $400 for 60 minutes if it is a 4-week month. It will be $425 for 45 minute or $500 for 60 minutes if it is a 5-week month. The rate for Thanksgiving week in November and Christmas break in December and some weeks of summer will be different if you plan to travel. Policy: For any schedule change due to personal matter or sickness, you need to communicate within 24-48 hours in advanced to reschedule. If failing to communicate, the class will still be charged. At this point, I have a limited amount of spots and only teach students who are serious and committed to piano learning in a weekly basics. Please contact me if this is what you are interested for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do both going to my client's house to teach and teach at my home studio. Please note that my lesson is for serious students for all levels and not casual learning. I teach students with the proper techniques with good sight-reading skills. My spots are very limited at this point and I only teach students who commit to learning in a weekly basics.
