His ultimate goal is to compete in the 2024 Olympics in Muay Thai to represent the United States of America. As one of the top fighters in the country coached under Coach Rudi Ott and Coach Jongsanan Fairtex, he incorporates some of these same training over years with functional fitness, strength and cardio workouts in his personal training sessions with his clients.

What I enjoy most about working with Sean is the content of training that I’m doing. I’m not getting one kind of work out, but it’s tailored to my personal fitness goals. In the beginning it was tough and I wanted to quit or not show up for my session so many times, but with Sean’s help, I didn’t give up. Sean is a professional who knows his stuff. He pushes me to do better each session and with that, I see a difference in my endurance as well as energy levels. I highly recommend him as a trainer he’ll work with you on finding what works best for you.
