5 stars. Benson and team were responsive, hardworking, trustworthy, and communicated well throughout our move. The move took longer than expected, but the movers stayed late and handled everything professionally. We did run into an issue with a damaged TV after the move. However, I truly appreciate that the company stayed engaged, communicated respectfully, and worked with us in good faith to reach a fair resolution with compensation. That level of professionalism and customer care matters. Overall, a solid moving experience and a company that stands behind resolving issues professionally.

We are very happy that we used Buzzy movers for our recent move. Their prices were fair and competitive and they worked very hard. They were friendly, efficient and careful throughout. They made sure to use protective wrap for all of our furniture and items, as well as protect our stairs whilst moving the items from house to truck. We are undergoing a house renovation so we requested several stops to a friend’s garage and multiple storage units, but that was no issue for them. They were very accommodating and worked hard to help us complete the job efficiently. We will use them again once our house renovation is complete, and we will recommend them to friends too.

We had a fantastic experience working with Buzzy Movers. They were incredibly quick and responsive from the start, flexible when our plans shifted, and even helped coordinate stops at multiple locations on short notice. The team was friendly, professional, and very careful with our belongings throughout the entire move. We were moving from a two-bedroom home into a four-bedroom house with stairs and tight spaces in an older property—and during a heatwave—so this was easily the most complex move we’ve ever done. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently, which made a stressful process feel manageable. Their pricing was also very fair, especially given the size and difficulty of the move. Even though this is likely our forever home and we don’t expect to move again, we would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. 10/10 experience!
