Share initial estimate: • Share a itemized design estimate sheet • If renovation is needed, bring contractor for site visit to get rough estimate for construction. 2. Concept Development: • Create a design concept based on the client's input, layout, functionality of the space and our expertise. • Collaborate with architects or contractors if necessary. 3. Material and Finishes Selection: • Assist the client in selecting materials, finishes, and color schemes. • Develop a mood board or presentation that captures the overall vision for the project. If clients want also provide 3D renderings or virtual reality walkthroughs, to help the client envision the final design. • Collaborate with the client to choose furniture, fixtures, and accessories. 4. Lighting Design: • Plan the lighting layout to enhance the functionality and ambiance of the space. • Select appropriate light fixtures, bulbs, and lighting controls. 5. Project Management: • Oversee the implementation of the design plan. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved. • Conduct site visits to ensure the design is executed as planned. • Address any unforeseen issues or challenges that arise during construction. 6. Final Touches and Styling: • Assist the client in selecting and arranging decorative elements, artwork, and accessories. • Style the space to create a cohesive and visually appealing atmosphere. • Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure their satisfaction.
