- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and unique in its own way, there is no cookie -cutter price list. We will work with you and stay within your budget. We have a Basic package and a Glam package to suit your requirements. Our aim is to leave a lasting impression on our clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to meet with you, see the property and get a feel for what kind of staging you are looking for and what best suits the place. If you are in the middle of remodeling we can help with color consult and design consult.We will send you a proposal and if that works for you we get into an agreement. We will collect the payment in full and a set of keys from you. We will bring in our crew and stage the house and inform you when we are done, it takes about 2-3 days from start to finish.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly work with Realtors and homeowners looking to sell their homes. We also work with investors looking for Design consult and help with remodeling jobs, we work with them throughout the remodel process and staging. We also work with new buyers who wants to remodel their home.
