My session with Pragati was so beautiful. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so grounded and at peace in my entire life. We did a 1 hour healing session where in the very beginning, we sat down and Pragati took time to talk to me, ask me questions, and understand where the root of my depression/anxiety was coming from. She really wanted to understand why I was interested in using reiki to heal. She took time to learn who I was and my story. It felt safe to open up to her about my whole life. It was emotional but helpful. I realized that part of emotional healing is to not push your feelings away. I first emailed her in the summertime when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. She mentioned to me, to be patient with myself, go on nature walks, and focus on my happiness. From that time up until now, it is exactly what I have been doing and it has changed me. I’m so glad that I was able to receive a safe and rewarding session with Pragati. After our conversation, we then went over some exercises. We closed our eyes and she talked me through what to do when I’m experiencing anxiety, we also went over exercises on how to practice being more grounded in my daily lifestyle. These exercises are so helpful and immediately helped me feel better. We went over affirmations that I have been saying to myself daily since our session. Pragati explained the importance of being more present. To find happiness NOW, instead of materializing my happiness. She really helped me understand that change starts with me. And I can incorporate things into my daily lifestyle that make the healing process easier. We safely began our session outside in nature with our masks on. she asked for permission to remove all negative energy/ blockages. she scanned my body and started to remove the negative energy I was holding onto. This part of our session was so peaceful. I was concentrating on my breath and being calm. As my eyes were closed I saw a purple/indigo light everytime she would touch my head. It was so pretty. I laid down and let her do her thing. I could feel her release tension off my shoulders and back. Overall it was such a calming and light experience. I’ve never felt more peaceful. You can tell that she really is open to giving you HER healing energy. I respect this and cannot thank her enough for doing that for me. Immediately i felt lighter and protected. After our session, she poured me a glass of water and charged my water with positive energy before letting me drink it. I thought this was really cool. You can feel how open she is to give you her healing energy. Her energy is so giving. we sat down and talked about her perception on how the session went. She mentioned to me images that came to her mind as she was releasing negative stress I’ve been carrying. The images that came into her mind resonated with me and made me emotional. I then confirmed the situations she mentioned to me. I told her when they happened and why they happened. I’ve injured myself in the past and held onto physical and emotional stress. She was able to release this for me and talk me through the emotional aspect. I honestly didn’t know that I had held onto so much stress because I was so used to pushing feelings away. Even if they didn’t brother me. We took some time to talk about resentment, guilt, and forgiveness which was important to me. She took time to ask me why I was holding some of these feelings in. She explained to me to not blame myself, be gentle, and most importantly to let go. We talked about how to change my life to where I’m the most happiest I could ever be. We spent a lot more time talking about the negative energy she released and things I can do, on MY part to help myself. I appreciate her taking time to put the pieces together. She could feel where my stress was and was determined to talk me through all of it. I can’t thank her enough. Now that she explained everything to me, I can fully heal myself and use her support to guide me in my happiest direction. We ended our session saying affirmations and doing a manifestation visualization with our eyes closed. Overall, my session was super grounding, calming, & informative. She mentioned to me what our next sessions would consist of. And the other work she practices. Pragati is someone everyone deserves to experience. She has special energy and she is a REAL healer. I will definitely be supporting her work from now on.
