- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing fair and straightforward. Most jobs are quoted at a fixed price, so you know exactly what to expect—no hourly surprises. Our rates reflect professional quality work while still being more affordable than bringing in a full-scale contractor. You’re paying for reliable craftsmanship, not cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone new reaches out, I start by getting a clear idea of the job what needs to be fixed, installed, or improved. I usually ask for a few photos or a quick description to give an accurate quote. Once we agree on the price, I schedule a time that works best for you. I show up on time, get the job done right, and make sure everything’s clean and working before I leave. Good communication and reliable service are what I focus on every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Construction Technology and HVAC, and I’m a Union-trained Facility Engineer as well as a Journeyman Plumber. That mix of training and hands-on experience helps me handle a wide range of repairs and maintenance work efficiently and up to professional standards.
