My typical process for working with a new customer is as follows: Initial Consultation – I discuss the customer’s needs, project scope, and expectations. This can be done in person or over the phone. Site Visit & Assessment – If needed, I visit the site to evaluate the work required and take necessary measurements. Estimate & Proposal – I provide a detailed estimate outlining costs for materials, labor, and any additional fees. Agreement & Deposit – Once the customer agrees to the terms, we sign an agreement, and a deposit is required to begin work. Project Execution – I complete the work as scheduled, keeping the customer informed of progress and any necessary adjustments. Final Review & Payment – Upon completion, I review the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction, collect the remaining payment, and address any final concerns. Follow-Up – If applicable, I provide any warranty details and remain available for post-project questions or minor touch-ups. This process ensures clear communication, quality work, and customer satisfaction.
