This is the best company out there! Radvand Construction did an amazing job with the kitchen/ bathroom remodeling in our house! Shahin and his team are very detailed and organized with the work and make sure everything is perfect. He completed the project in a very timely manner and left the place spotless. We hired Radvand Construction for redesign and construction of a poorly designed problematic original roof that had been giving us problems with leaks for many years even after several rounds of repairs. All aspects of the project including redesign, all the dealings with the city for permits and such, and the construction were carried out by the team in a professional and timely manner. We are very happy with the look of our new roof, happy to make it through a heavy rain season with no incidents, and confident that high quality work done by the Ravvand Construction team will hold up for many years to come!

We used Radvand construction to demolish and construct our small guest bathroom. We found them to be very responsive and a true desire to want to Make our bathroom, beautiful, and what we wanted. Shahin was always there for us when we needed him. Dat, who the main contractor was excellent. I would highly recommend.
