I have a heating systems with zones and I needed to replace one of the thermostats in the house. Heating and Air Experts were very responsive. Given my lack of knowledge of the system they were unable to install the thermostat I initially got, but after they explained what we needed and I got the correct one, Abe came. He programed and tested the full system and explained how it works. Abe was very professional and knowledgeable.

Five stars doesn’t even begin to cover the fantastic experience I had with heating and air experts, My heater decided to give up on the coldest night of the year,. I called and first thing in the morning, and they were incredibly responsive. They were able to schedule a technician,, to come out that very afternoon. Omar arrived on time, was incredibly friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained everything clearly, laid out my options, and gave me a fair price quote. Abe was awesome — super knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. It’s clear he has deep experience in HVAC and furnace maintenance and he fixed my broken furnace quickly and walked through the root cause and various options to fix. Overall great service experience and I appreciated the responsiveness given my furnace was not functioning and my apartment was cold. Would hire again!

My gas furnace started making grinding noises and shut off. The furnace would not turn on again. I contacted the Heating and Air Experts via Thumbtack and I received an email back by Moe. We set up an appointment for the next day. Moe arrived and serviced my furnace but could not get it back on due to how old it was with 35 years. We agreed to rebuild it and Moe and Omr both came back out and rebuilt my furnace within an hour and my furnace was working perfectly. Moe and Omr both came were very professional and attentive and answered all my questions adequately and provided me with a seven (7) years warranty. I was pleased with their work and professionalism. I recommend them and their company to anyone looking to get their furnace looked at.
