Omr was very responsive. I contacted him late Saturday and he offered to come Sunday morning, however I was going to be away from home all day Sunday, so I requested a Monday morning appt. which he accommodated. He gave a 9 to 11 am window and showed up within that window, even with the pouring rain! Lucky for me, it ended up being an incredibly fast and affordable fix. He did discuss replacement options as the furnace unit is pretty old, but he didn’t make me feel pressured. Next time I have a heating problem, I’ll be using this company again.

I hired Heating and Air Experts yet again to replace the last thermostat at my place with Ecobee smart thermostat and as with previous times, they were very responsive to my initial contact and quickly set up a time that worked with both sides. They also sent text messages for confirmations, which were great. On the day of the appointment, Moe first called to let me know the approximate time he would be arriving and came on time, quickly did the replacement and verified that Ecobee was working before finishing up. Great experience all around. I would not hesitate to use them for other services.
