The work involved trying to identify why thermostat was not working, seemed like a simple job initially but involved multiple things checking the AC, getting into attic, finding a trail of rats chewing up wires, buying a new thermostat and that turning out to be faulty and going back and replacing it with new one from Loweโs but all through that the technician had a smile on his face and did the work. And even though it was getting late he made sure the job was done and left. Thanks for stretching and not compromising on the quality
