recently had water backed up (clogged) under the kitchen sink in one of my rental properties, and LimeBricks handled it perfectly. The booking process was easy, the plumber was professional, quick, and left everything spotless. I was so impressed with the service that I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan for my rental. Now, my renter can just call LimeBricks directly when any service is needed and I don't need to be bothered. There is one point of contact--making my life much easier. I plan to buy a maintenance plan for my own home as well, but for now I highly recommend LimeBricks for any property owner.

Huge shoutout to Limebricks for their amazing service! As part of their Essential maintenance plan, I called them to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and repaired my bathroom lights. The technician arrived on time, was super friendly, and did a fantastic job. The best part? The maintenance plan gives you one number to call, saving me all the hassle of searching for a service provider! Ilia came to the appointment on time, friendly and considerate. Initially he thought it was the water pump, so he went out and got a new pump right away and installed immediately. However as he was diligently testing the installation, he found the real culprit of the issue...a blocked drain tube... he made sure he cleared it thoroughly with great patient. We appreciate it very much! Highly recommend the service provided!
