They are Terrible! I hired them to replace some valves and faucet after buying a home. They encountered some issues, turned off the main water supply of my home, and left!! They are super irresponsible guys. I still wish them luck and hope they respect their customers and their job. Here is a photo of the leakage after they changed the shower head

Hi Ramin. We never replaced your faucet? You hired us to replace your 3 toilets. After replacing them you hired a handyman to install faucets and bidets. When you called us to replace your main shut off valve and shower trim we turned the water on and there were leaks at those as well a bad shower valve so the water had to be shut off immediately to not cause damage to your new flooring. We didn’t have time to test those shower arms because of this. You bought your shower heads from a garage sale and they were missing the original gaskets so we tried some gaskets that we had for you but unfortunately couldn’t see the leak because water had to be turned off.

Andrew showed up on decided time and he ran the snake in the drain and correctly concluded that the issue is not here and somewhere underneath, he suggested HOA should take care of it and even walked to HOA office with me to explain the issue to them. HOA later sent another plumber and fixed the issue by cutting a wall to get access to inner pipe. But, initial finding done bu Andrew was really helpful.

Is good at water heater installation but limited to that , Andy doesn't do all plumbing work that is required to finish the job.. in my case the cold water inlet nipple had to be changed since the threads were bad.. Andy said he would not be able to change that and I need to get someone else to do it.. I understand it's a different job but I had expected Andy to take care of that too since it's all part of plumbing.. I am a bit disappointed since I paid the full fee for a heater installation that's not usable and have to hire another plumber to finish the job. Otherwise Andy is friendly, punctual , easy to work with. does good job on straight forward water heater installation
