It is very rare to find the type of honesty and professionalism that I saw in Dean of Continental Remediation. When it comes to complicated matters like mold remediation there are a lot of people who want to just take your money and sell you a service that you may not need. Dean gave me a very honest assessment of my situation and guided me in how to solve it. I interviewed several other mold remediation companies before him. The knowledge, honesty and integrity of Dean truly blew all the rest out of the water. If I ever find myself in another potential mold problem, or ever have any friends who do - Dean is going to be the first and only person I call.

I was afraid that there was mold in my kitchen. Dean was able to come to my house the next day. He was there the time he said he would. He wore a face cover and gave me his business card. The results of his inspection was good news because his equipment could not find any moisture around any of my water source. He was very pleasant and professional. On his way he let me know they were available for all plumbing need as well. Dean, your help was much appreciated. Thank you so much!

I interviewed 4 companies before I went with Continental Remediation. Dean the owner is very professional, responds quickly and explains everything he will do. His workers were neat and courteous and were done quickly. I wanted to see what was going on at various parts of the project so they made sure to call me in to see what they were doing and I really appreciated that. Dean's prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I interviewed and I would use him again.

Mold Inspection and Remediation Quotes are Free We offer a 10% discount on remediation for military personnel We will beat any reasonable estimate. Before selecting another vendor, please contact us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we discuss the situation over the phone then make an appointment for us to come out and perorm a mold inspection. We will then provide a written estimate. Once you decide to move forward with the remediation work, we will schedule a date and time to begin work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. IICRC #240041.
