Saved me almost $20,000. A perfect experience. Wonderful workmanship. A full crew showed up on time, checked in with me as the work progressed to make sure I was happy. Removed existing tiles, repaired roof, installed first-rate underlayment, and reinstalled tiles. Everybody was respectful, cleaned up the job site every day, and graciously thanked me for my business.

Never showed up. This is 2 roofers in 2 days that never showed. Guess I’ll have to try Angie’s list The owner, Miguel, contacted me after not showing up and offered to come on a Sunday to give me an estimate. My roof needed a little more work as Miguel showed me more places that were leaking. We agreed upon a fair price and after it stopped raining for a couple days his crew came the following day. The work was done that day and the employees were careful putting the ladder around my plants Miguel showed me pictures of the finished job and it looked good. He also gave me a 3 yr warranty

Aguilar roofing went above and beyond in replacing the underlayment for our tile roof. They also painted our facia boards and replaced 11’ of facia and patched as needed. We had experienced leaks under our front windows and they brought the flashing clear up underneath the windows. It involved cutting the boards that were already there and installing the flashing across the entire area. They finished late 6:30 p.m. but again went above and beyond in clean up— getting all the nails and debris and blowing the entire area. We had asked if they would remove an antenna from our roof which was quite large. They not only removed it, but they cut it all up for us and put it in our trash. I can’t recommend them enough! Oh and they have a 6 year warranty! :) …. and the underlayment 50 years! Lord Jesus please bless Aguilar roofing!
