- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated. It is based on a flat rate for most of my clients. If it is enhancing an existing business strategy or sales structure review it is set up as an hourly rate. If it is a finite project it can be a negotiated fee. It comes down to how much time we agree it will require to help you reach your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person or talk via phone/video conf. for a 20-30 minute discovery call. Then based on the need, we would agree on a flat rate or hourly rate to help with a sales, finance, or business operation engagement. It helps for me to get as much information about your challenges and past success as possible and then find out what type of help you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18+ years of experience working in over 10 different sales organizations and hundreds of employers from numerous industries. I have had successful tenures at both $1B enterprise companies and multiple start-ups. Successful sales training and certifications for over 7 different methodologies (SPIN, Solution Selling, Challenger, MEDDPIC, etc.)
