Hello! My son Jonathan and I started Michaelson Moving Company in 2013. Our goals were simple. We wanted to spend time together, learn how to run a successful business and generate a revenue stream to help pay for my Son's College education. Over the years, our company has seen growth in both our client base and services offered. We have been fortunate enough to have completed over 500 moving jobs on Thumbtack successfully with a 5 STAR Platinum approval rating. As our business matures, we are looking to pay it forward, through free services, donations or a helping hand. If you have a charity or individual that you hold close to your heart and needs help please let us know as we are happy to help who we can. The most gratifying aspect of our business is providing high value to our customers at an affordable price. Each customer requires a variety of services during their specific move. Unlike conventional moving companies, each service would incur additional charges. @Michaelson Moving Company we are dynamic. We package our services into one total price or hourly rate that encompasses the full scope of your needs and fits your budget. My pricing is negotiable. Everyone has a different situation and need. My goal is to work within your budget to earn your business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A move can be very dynamic. Our goal is to provide our services to you when you need them. We will first evaluate what items you will need to move. We will then discuss our method to move your items and confirm that your expectations meet ours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a few companies where I have provided my moving services since 2013. During this time I have learned how to load a truck. box items appropriately and handle items with care.
