- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally start off with a consultation to understand more about you and your fitness goals including why it’s important to you. Together we work on fitting in a training program that makes sense for your lifestyle. I have clients that train anywhere from twice a week to five times per week because the programs are personalized around each individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I’m NASM educated. I’ve worked for various fitness companies such as 24 Hour Fitness and Self Made Training Facility. I’ve also competed in a men’s physique bodybuilding competition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers from all walks of life, from people who have never set foot in a gym before or done any working out to people who have fitness experience but want an extra push. I’m great at challenging clients to be better than they were.
