Labor Only vs. Labor + Materials: Some services, like balcony repairs, are labor-only (you provide materials), while others, like flooring installation, include both labor and materials. Deposit and Payment Terms: We require a 30% deposit to get started, with the remainder due when the project is complete. Discounts Available: We offer senior discounts and bundle discounts if multiple services are booked together. Changes and Extra Work: Small adjustments during the project are usually free, but major changes will be quoted and added as a change order. No Hidden Fees: Our quotes include all expected labor, materials, and other costs upfront—what you see is what you pay! 1-Year Labor Warranty: We stand by our work with a 1-year labor warranty, giving you peace of mind long after the project is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that trust must be earned, and we like to earn it by focusing on clear communication, reliability, and quality work. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Consultation: We start by listening carefully to your needs during an in-person or phone consultation. We want to fully understand your vision and expectations. Site Visit & Estimate: For most projects, we schedule a site visit to take accurate measurements and discuss details. Then, we provide a detailed, itemized quote so there’s full transparency on costs. Planning & Scheduling: Once the quote is approved, we set a schedule that works for you. We’ll also discuss logistics, such as material delivery, site access, and preparation needs. Project Execution: During the project, we communicate regularly to keep you informed of progress. We treat your home with care and clean up the work area daily to minimize disruption. Final Walkthrough & Completion: We do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll address them right away. Follow-up & Warranty: After completion, we remain available for any questions or concerns. With our 1-year labor warranty, you can feel confident that we’ll stand behind our work.
