FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person interviews are my best but sometimes my customer may not have the time....but would open the doors to a brief 30 OR less Q & A I want my potential customer client to feel better about hiring me or someone else by knowing all his or her options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Eleven years ago , while I was shopping for groceries for myself self ran into an old friend of 20 years . She was planning a small luncheon for her society chapter members and was left with the task of doing everything including the preparation of the food...I offered myself as a means to help out and make it less stressful . Weeks later while working this event , I was inspired by the comments throughout the room, It was as if every table had paused their personal conversations and one by one complimented the meal . l not only prepared the meal but l served my friends guest, Later ... I was asked to come out and receive compliments from the guest after my friend refused any further compliment. The comments were uplifting and motivating. That summer I received work assignments ranging from Birthday celebrations to Private wedding proposal dinners . My friend is no longer living today due to cancer , However, I'm inspired by her willingness to share my passion of food with others and to create not only good food ....But great and lasting relations .
