FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives are prepared or amended at fixed costs. Costs vary depending upon each individual's needs. Probate costs are determined by law based upon the value of the estate and any extraordinary hourly fees that may apply. Attorney fees for probate matters require court approval. Trust administration, elder law, and other matters not listed above are billable at an hourly rate. Call for a free phone consultation to discuss your specific needs and to receive a cost estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CALL FOR REMOTE SERVICES! I typically meet with individuals by phone or in person for a free initial consultation to discuss their specific situation, their needs, how I can help address those needs, and the costs involved. When preparing estate plans for individuals who are unable to come to my office due to physical limitations, special arrangements may be made for me to go to them. Appointments outside of normal business hours may be arranged.
