- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and consultations. We try to work with each customer's budget and can offer tips and strategies to make any budget work. We work with many paint retailers and can offer hefty discounts on materials needed for your project. We never charge a premium on materials, you will only pay what we pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call to schedule an appointment at their convenience. We like to meet our customers and view the project with them so they can give us any insight into any problem areas and also to find out exactly what they are looking for. If they are unsure what they are looking for, we can offer suggestions if needed. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we won't finish until the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 23 years of painting experience. We opened our first painting company in 2000 and have worked in every aspect of painting from residential to commercial and in all climates from east coast to west coast. We are members of the PCA (Painting Contractors Association) and train all our painters through their painter training education program.
