Even though mattress delivery company claimed they saw a few bugs on box springs outside, Echo Guard came twice and could not find any traces of bed bugs.
Second service man even cut into mattress to look for signs and did not find any signs. Hopefully, there are none. So far, so good.

I requested contact on a Sunday, and literally got a response 10 minutes later. Scheduled a pest spraying for the following Tuesday. The technician called 20 minutes away from our property to advise he was on his way. He was very professional when he arrived, and we couldn't be more happy with EcoGuard.
