5 STARS!!! Mark was absolutely amazing! We had an urgent situation with my son's computer showing a blue screen just one week before his finals. Mark did a phenomenal job troubleshooting the issue and exploring all options with us. While the PC was running a diagnostic test, he thoughtfully discussed Plan B and Plan C, ensuring we had alternative solutions if the repair wasn’t worth the cost. Mark is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Not only did he successfully fix the PC, but he also went above and beyond by helping my son back up his data to prevent future issues. We couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise and dedication!
