I've heard from people who've thrown weddings that "the vendor you'll be most thankful you hired will be your wedding day coordinator," and nothing could be more true than how I feel about hiring Reba to coordinate our wedding. Reba was incredibly professional and so helpful throughout our entire day. She did not have an easy job as our wedding day had rain, hail, and a brief fire (caused by lightning striking a tree). Reba had to quickly setup our new ceremony location and coordinate our new reception plan very quickly - all on a giant property in the middle of the forest. She was communicative enough to keep us in the loop, but also took enough responsibility off our plates so we could enjoy our day. You'd never know that anything had gone wrong as you experienced the day. Our wedding was beautiful, stress free, and absolutely perfect. A huge thank you is due to Reba for her hard work and professionalism.

Reba is absolutely amazing! She coordinated our micro wedding at Valhalla Grand Hall on November 6th and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with her services. She has a great eye for detail, made my vision come to life perfectly, and kept me levelheaded throughout the whole day especially when there was outside stress from family members. She kept everyone on track, directed people where they needed to be, and coordinated so smoothly that I didn’t even realize our wedding cake was delivered late until somebody else mentioned it to me, but at that point I wasn’t even stressed because I knew Reba would take care of it. She was somehow able to be exactly where she needed at any given moment to prevent unneeded drama or stress and also helped our photographer get people organized to take pictures. On top of all that, she was with us every step of the way from the moment we booked until after the wedding, checking in with us to make sure we were on track with planning, responding to any texts/calls in a timely manner, and made sure to have an appointment with me over the phone prior to our rehearsal to make sure all the important points were discussed and to give me tips since we are not local and our rehearsal was done closer to home. She’s extremely kind and professional and I cannot recommend her enough! Do yourself a favor and reach out! You will not regret it! I would attach more photos of her beautiful decorating skills but we have only received our sneak peek from our photographer and are waiting on the rest. Reba did a wonderful job decorating my wedding! My husband and I absolutely loved all of the decor. Reba went above and beyond and even decorated our reception room along with our ceremony. It was so beautiful and we received so many compliments. She was very responsive and made all of my dreams come true in regards to decor for the wedding.
