Alex Fresquez of Pure Construction has worked on major upgrades in our house in Cardiff throughout the last ten to fifteen years. He is the first person we call whenever we have a project in mind, or even whenever we have simple questions or need referrals to resolve smaller issues.
He is creative, has excellent ideas, and has put together a team of fabulous professionals to accomplish the work for his clients.
Alex installed new glass sliding doors for us and one large window. He rebuilt the sidings of the house, planned and upgraded the landscape of the yard (a great deal of earth had to be moved), and built a graded cement ramp for it to be up to code. He also renovated our granny flat, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living-room and dressing room, which turned out excellent.
He listens to the clients' concerns, is always attentive and shows genuine care. His work and conduct is indeed flawless. We trust Alex Fresquez.
