I have had the privilege of training with Tyson for the last 2.5 months. He is very professional and caters directly to your goals and where I wanted to be fitness wise.
Tyson started off with building a solid foundation with me before we got into more strenuous routines. He is able to motivate me and push myself to get better each time.
Over the last six weeks along with his dietary plan I was able to put on over 12.5lbs of muscle, while lowering my body fat percentage by 2.5%!! Those are huge gains in a matter of weeks.

Tyson is the best! Nothing better to have someone like him motivating you and pushing you within your limits. He is a professional who has cater a routing that best fits my limitations. Every single day I can see and feel how much I have improved. The gym is well equipped and the environment he provides anyone will feel as if you were in your own home.

I started doing research in the hopes of finding a someone who could help my brother in his fitness journey … ran across Tyson and saw the amazing reviews (which are all 100% accurate) and shot him a message. He got back to me very quickly, he spent a lot of time with me on the phone talking through what we are looking for, outside of being a such a great fit as trainer and nutrition mentor for my brother Tyson is such a down to earth and relatable person. He made this entire process so easy and made our situation/needs feel as important to him as they are to us.
The excitement and motivation my brother has now for working out, health and nutrition is something we haven’t seen in years but thanks to Tyson’s help my brother is on the right track.

I started working with Tyson a little over 2 weeks ago, following 3 months of getting back to the gym after a 3+ year hiatus. Tyson comes to our weekly morning sessions with a workout routine tailored to my individual needs. I have a slow healing lower back injury, and Tyson has already helped me strengthen my core and back while not injuring it further. I super appreciate his encouragement and energy in the morning; always feel great the rest of the day. Feeling more confident with my exercise routine and that I'm really making progress on my exercise goals. I do think the work I did in the gym for 3 months prepared me to get the most out of training sessions with Tyson. He will push you when you're ready, but not too hard.
