Ron is very experienced in boxing and his knowledge of the sport will have you in good hands. I have been to a couple of different boxing gyms and I can say that I learned more in one session with Ron than I did at the other gyms I went to.
Ron is a real coach who will teach you the fundamentals and wants you to really learn the sport. Other gyms will just offer a boxing fitness class to get you in shape but won’t actually teach you how to box. This is what makes Ron different than other gyms and coaches.
I would highly recommend training with Ron if you’re looking to learn boxing from a coach with a lot of experience and knowledge.

Coach Ron is very supportive and have great intentions for his students. He is thorough with his lessons and makes sure they are full of techniques and proper form. Also, his critiques are very helpful because he shows examples of how to properly punch when I make a mistake. You can feel Coach Ron’s passion for boxing and helping people staying safe.
