- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a little higher, because we are Licensed by the state of California, and Fully insured. We carry General Liability, Cargo, Workers Comp, and Automobile Insurance. We do offer the following discounts, Senior, Military, First time Use, as well as a Cash Payment Discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a large project, we will typically reach out and ask to schedule a FREE in person, or video estimate. This is to protect you. We legally must provide you with NOT TO EXCEED estimate, once we complete a binding estimate. This way we can't hit you with extra fees at the end of the job without your knowledge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100 years of combined experience in the Household Goods Moving industry. Our CEO personally did moving for 25 years, and had individually trained each of our employees himself. Your belongings will be in the best possible hands!
