We requested an onsite visit with Bay Area Underpinning for a consultation on some cracks in our foundation. They were very responsive and quickly scheduled us with one of their technicians. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.

we had the luxury of having Devon, Bow and their partner come out and install screw jacks underneath our house to fix the cracks in our foundation in our walls. They were very professional, as well as explained everything and its entirety, including the details of what they were doing, and they were also very courteous, quick and clean. I would absolutely recommend them in their services to anyone that needs fixing with their foundation.

Very happy to meet Bay Area Underpinning. Dan Rodriguez is an honest and knowledgeable person who came for an inspection and despite two other companies recommendation for a new foundation wall, he found out that a new wall was already placed behind of the old wall. The only reason he found the new wall is because of years of experience he has and an honest personality. He represented his company with five stars. I am still waiting a quote from them and dont know if will go with them or not but nevertheless they deserve five stars so far.
