John is a dynamic speaker with an authentic voice. I have heard him speak on multiple occasions at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Palo Alto. Each time I have been riveted by what he was saying. He speaks with power and passion, weaving his own personal experiences into his talks. At times John took the risk of saying very personal things about his life experiences and his reactions to them. For me, this gave his talks more power and caused them to affect me personally. Johns talks are well organized and always have a clear message. I would highly recommend him as a speaker.
