- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Interested business owners should contact our office to set up a short 5-10 min call. We will gather the necessary information we need in order to provide you a value filled solution. 2. Unity Networking will come to your place of Business for a short 20-30 minute sit down. During this meeting we will go over the solutions we think will best fit your business and listen to what you would like your IT provider to look like. We would also like to show you how our Client Portal and Help Desk work. We will provide the proposal for our services for you to review and sign. That's it! 3. The onboarding timeline ranges from a few days to a few weeks depending on the size and complexity of your network. Our team of certified technicians will spend time mapping out the network, taking notes and getting to know the staff. 4. When onboarding is complete, you will have a full time IT Dept at your disposal!!
