- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax preparation and tax planning services: Our fees are flat with no surprises - the price you see is the price you pay. We agree to a price prior to initiating our service. We offer discounts to new customers and new businesses. Tax resolution services: Billable hours may apply and/or a flat price will be agreed upon prior to initiating our service. Accounting and payroll services: Charged on a subscription basis. We do offer significant bundle discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Discuss with the client their needs and goals. Schedule a consultation or discovery if needed. 2) Provide a quote. 3) Begin onboarding using secure filesharing to gather prior year information. 4) Analyze provided data and make suggestions on best steps moving forward. 5) Receive payment for subscription or tax filings. 6) File tax return or complete the work.
