- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am required to stay up to date on my C.E.C.s (continuing education credits) every two years because I am certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping others reach their goals. I actually used to train Marines when i was a Marine, helping others get the body they want is more than something superficial it changes the emotions and the way the mind thinks. I love to see people smile and them know that I am there for them just as if i was a close family member.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically the goals are fat loss, weight loss, and tone muscles, I also train athletes for football and powerlifting, but I also train elderly folks just to help them get more energy and mobility back.
