I asked them to fix my old fence and shore up what they could after a portion of it fell down. Oscar came over, and they fixed the original piece of fence that fell down but didn't do anything else. The very next day, another piece right next to that fell down. I hired them to fix that, asked them to please shore up the rest (again), and went into detail about what I expected. They were billing me per hour, and I asked for another quote, and they said $240. I looked at my ring cameras after they said they came and went after spending three hours there. It showed them only being there for 45 minutes. When I questioned why they were charging me for three hours when only being there for 45 mins, they proceeded to tell me they billed me for time to buy the screws and brackets, travel time, and gas for their travels. I informed them I had built four houses and not one person had ever charged for travel time or gas. This was just stupid. I called them on it, paid them for the supplies, and then paid them for an hour and a half instead of three hours. I don't know why they did this, but I will never use them again. They are quite shady, and their work is subpar.
