It was very refreshing to find this company had the work ethics of a couple generations prior. Timeless was my second estimate for a patio revision at my home. I’m 65-years old and have lived in a modest home in Rancho Santa Fe for many years. It seems that every construction and landscape trade person that came to my home overcharged and under-delivered. Pressuring me to sign a contract without performing any type of meaningful evaluation of the work needed, then not showing up as promised with hidden costs. Not Timeless. The guy who showed-up was the owner. He spent time going over my ideas and giving me various options to SAVE ME MONEY. He took measurements, made a few calls to his office to check on his inventory. He didn’t give me an estimate until he checked prices, and availability of the concrete and plants needed. Then he had his crew at my house the next day. He made visits to check everything at each stage. And he finished the job ON TIME. This guy works 7-days a week and you can just tell, he loves what he does. He will be my go to guy with future jobs at my 1-acre home.

We are so happy that we went with Timeless Designs for our yard makeover. We were so thrilled with how quickly they got our project done. Andrew communicated the entire way so we knew what to expect next. He was professional, well organized, and innovative. We were having trouble visualizing what our yard could look like, and he helped us design a vision for it. It is even more amazing than we had hoped for. With all that said we felt like we were. Working with close friends and family not just a random company. We HIGHLY recommend Timeless Designs for any project you need done in your yard!

Andrew and his crew were amazing. They were extremely responsive on our tight timeline and got the job done fast! Andrew is creative and a great problem solver. He takes pride it getting the job done right. We could not be happier! They did both hardscaping (laying down a patio) and turf.

Our backyard was in desperate need of some TLC. I was given Andrew’s information for his company Timeless Design and Build from a coworker and I am so glad we went with him! I had a lot of things that I knew I needed and some things I thought I wanted. Andrew listened to everything I told him and came back with a design that included everything I wanted and was in budget. He walked us through every step and explained everything in detail! I would definitely recommend Andrew and his company for anyone looking to have something done to their home!

I had Andrew from Timeless Design and Build come out to give my property some curb appeal! I went over all my must haves (minimalist vibes and easy to take care of) and he came back with some ideas! He nailed the design and delivered exactly what he promised! If you want a company that is honest, gives you what you want, and quick I would definitely recommend them!
