Really good guy! Francisco was super responsive when I reached out to him via Thumbtack. We were chatting about the jobs I needed done 5 minutes after I hit the summit button. I hired Francisco to replace some termite destroyed boards and paint a faded patio. The day of the job, he arrived on time and quickly assessed the jobs at hand. We made a game plan and a list of required supplies and I left for work. Francisco was able to make a hardware store run, replace and paint the old boards, and paint the deck all in one work day. He kept me apprised of his progress via text message all day. The jobs came out good...I am happy with the quality of his work. He had to take apart a railing to access the old boards and do so skillfully. He painted the new boards to match and then sealed them with caulk where they met the siding. Some of the finish work was a little rough but not a deal breaker. The rate charged was more in line with a craftsman than a handyman, but you get what you pay for and I am satisfied with Built by Gomez. I will use him again as other handy work arises.
