- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out and start with a deep clean and tuneup. This gives us the opportunity to go through the whole grill and refurbish all the parts that we can, and determine if any replacement parts are needed at the beginning of the cleaning. We then can give you an idea of the overall cost of replacement parts are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on thousands of bbqs over the last 7 years. On almost every brand of bbq.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by working for several other companies before creating BBQ solutions.
