Our experience with Vanguard Renovations was outstanding. They were able to help us do some upgrades to our downtown condo and we’re so happy with the results. Brett is great to work with - responsive, professional, and a good communicator. He explained things well, gave us a thorough consultation, and walked us through the entire process. The whole team was friendly and very professional. Brett made sure the project stayed on track and kept in communication with us. We were never left wondering what was going on or about the timeline. The estimate they gave us was also very competitive and reasonable. We were extremely happy with the end results and the recommendations that Brett and his team gave to take our space to the next level. You can tell he has a lot of experience in the construction industry and that he takes pride in delivering a quality result.
