The Montiel Construction team responded quickly to my request to frame a closet, drywall and paint. He and his team showed up as planned and did an excellent job on the closet. Will certainly use Montiel Construction again.

I need some framing added to our garage to enclose large appliances. Adriel and his coworker did a great job and within a shorter time frame than expected. After reporting a few set backs to Adriel he was quick to return to my home to fix the issues. Great work for the value, I recommend his services and will use them for the next home project.

Adriel was very easy to communicate with. He always responded promptly, had a fair price and showed up exactly when he said he would. He framed a new window size by removing a circle window and creating a larger square window frame. Work was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with his work.
