Hired sparkles but received ruby star for the party which we knew that sparkles would not be the one attending do to prior arrangements. Going off reviews we went with sparkles because of her stellar work and reviews. Ruby star was not nearly as detailed or talented as sparkles is. Her face painting skills were ok and took a long time for a limited level of quality per child and her balloon skills were honestly horrific. She couldnt make hardly anything but a sword and kinda at that. Overall for the cost , I'm generous to give her 3 stars. 2.5 is more adequate. I would not recommend her .
