I had an electric outlet stop working & it was one that I use for my work computer. Gerardo responded within minutes to set up an appointment. Gerardo kept me updated on his estimated arrival time & was even able to come earlier if I needed. He was able to find a defective outlet up the line & replaced it. He was quick, professional & friendly. This is the second time I have called on Perez Electric & will continue to use their services & recommend them highly.

Gerardo was not only there early but also showed great integrity and honesty. I had a previous estimate by another electrician, and he didn't test the outlet at all. He already just quoted me to put in a new circuit. Gerardo not only tested the outlet and wiring but also the surge protector, thinking that the problem might only be the surge protector. He recommend I try a stronger surge protector first to see if that solved the problem before he had to do more invasive work. I appreciated that honesty so much and felt like he wasn't just trying to sell me a project I might not need. I will definitely be hiring him again for other work needed!

Very happy with quick response to come out and evaluate our Breaker Box problem and fix it. Eddie was prompt and great expertise! :) He even explained to myself and my son what was happening and why. He was extremely responsive. He addressed our primary concern of getting electricity to our pool equipment and addressed minor outlet problems while on site. Most of the supplies he needed were in his truck which facilitated problem solving. We will use Perez Electric again.
