Notes: * 4 hour minimum session * Free donation drop off *Hazard cleaning fee applies for rat infestation ($300min/day) *Weekends higher hourly rate. *Trash removal service fee depends on weight and volume ( $150-$600) hazardous waste and e-waste is an extra separate fee ($50-$250) *Last minute cancellation fee of $250, if you reschedule $150 of that fee will go towards your balance when we come to complete the job.
