The guys came on time at the executive party, all security personal did not say a word to the guest. If anyone thought about doing anything at my party taking a look at the security gave them second thoughts. They were very professional with great customer service skills. These guys came fully armed and suited like the Secret Service. I am very happy with my choice and they would be on my speed dial for the next event. The guards were experienced and trained. As a security company I’d give these guys a 10 Star.

My wife and I decided to hire a security guard for our outdoor anniversary party, and we decided to hire 1 OAK. It was a bit pricey but it worth it. Their customer service was amazing. They checked the guest list and we didn't have to worry about anything and enjoy the party. No trespassing, no incident, and everything went perfect. We will definitely hire 1 OAK again for our future events. Highly recommended.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we draw the customer requirements (e.g. uniforms, hours of operation, and scope of work) Then, 1 OAK initiates a contract, making sure that we are providing an excellent service according to those requirements. We perform our duties. Finally, getting our Customer’s Feedback and making sure that we would be in their speed dial for future inquiries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 OAK Security provides paid training hours for armed and unarmed security officers. Training such as Power of Arrest, CPR, Customer Service, Decision Making, and related training required by the Bureau of Security & Investigation Services.
